As part of the first week of Startup Institute, students were grouped into 7 cross functionals teams to collaborate and ideate. Students were tasked to prioritize with little direction, think creatively, and quickly develop a sound strategy. For this IdeaHack, we were tasked to develop a content/growth strategy to improve user and partner acquisition for Spare while maintaining a $0 budget constraint.
